Return period

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging;

  • The product is complete, including all accessories and components.

Important notice

Used products are not eligible for return within the 14-day return period.

Defective products

If, after purchase, you discover that the product is defective, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
In such cases, the defective product will be replaced free of charge or a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed no later than 10 days after we receive the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
